How do i convert my video file into a swf?

How to convert your video files ie. avi mov wmv into a flash SWF so that you may upload it to your Press Kit. First edit your file so that it is 4Mb or less. Your files must be 4Mb or less to upload to the server. Once your clip is 4 Mb or less download Snosh . Snosh is a video converter, and you will download a trial version that will let you convert your video files up to 10 times. The following are suggested settings for your video conversion.

(1.Video) Use the preset "Flash 8 SWF for broadband (256k)".

(2.Audio) For audio it is suggested that you Un-Check the include audio on output.
(3.Overlay) Do not use an overlay.
(4.SWF) Turn on start automatically and turn on loop to 99 times.
(5.Player Control) Do not use a player control.
(6.Export) Browse to the location on your computer where you would like to save your SWF.
Name the Output filename your name without spaces.
Un-Check Generate HTML.
Finally click Export.

Once your SWF is created you may now upload it to your Press Kit.
